In The Hague we run set courses all year in our private heated indoor pool. The pool is situated in a lovely cozy home near the beach. Offering a peaceful atmosphere with enough space for parents to watch their child swim or jump in the water with them. Christina
Christina is a proud Mama of two little girls. Her love for the water already started from young age and she competed in several swim competitions. Her journey with Children Of The Water began when she moved with her family to Spain where we were surrounded by water. Her older child was very scared around water, especially from the ocean, and she knew she had to support her in feeling safe around water. She immediately enrolled her two children in the course.
Christina now owns a franchise territory in Austria.
Thomas
Having always loved being active in nature whether it’d be hiking, swimming, biking, foraging or just playing, Thomas sought out a career where he could teach the next generation how to acquire the necessary skills to enjoy an active lifestyle. He teaches Outdoor Education and Sports at Montessori International School am Sonnberg in Perchtoldsdorf and he is also a certified personal trainer and a certified swim instructor who specialises in children’s swimming with over 15 years of experience. Additionally he is one of the swim coaches at the children’s triathlon club Triheroes in Oberwaltersdorf in Lower Austria where he experiences the competitive side of swimming. Thomas has his priorities set on making sure all kids feel safe and in control when in and surrounded by water. Teaching babies and toddlers how to Self Rescue was always something he wanted to focus on which is why he joined Children of the Water.
