Stephanie

I’m Stephanie, married, and mother of two sons. In 2024, we moved from the Netherlands to Portugal.

The water gives me peace and a sense of freedom. I love being near the sea. When my children were born, the water always brought me excitement. After my sons took the courses at Children of the Water, I discovered how safety and fun can go hand in hand. It was so special to see their confidence grow, both in and out of the water, and to witness the bond they built with the instructors.

When we moved to Portugal, I decided to follow my heart and take on a new challenge.

I’m proud to join the COTW family and start a franchise here in Portugal, “Children of the Water Algarve.” Our goal is to help children discover water safely combined with great joy.
